Let's get to the 'dirt', I meant, campaign for the draft constitution, which is not a new thing for Kenyans if memory serves you right. Nostalgia begets the mind when banana and orange are mentioned concerning the constitution be it draft or otherwise, this is because not long-ago Yash Pal Ghai (Constitution of Kenya Review Commission....remember the Bomas draft? How about the Wako Draft bado? heish ) had been assigned the duty to form a draft constitution (anyone know where he came from...well read on...<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yash_Ghai">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yash_Ghai</a>) which he did and then as now there were two factions one for the katiba (constitution) and the other against it the symbols were fruits. Did you know he was against the referendum that time...<a href="http://www.nation.co.ke/News/-/1056/679070/-/uo51xi/-/">http://www.nation.co.ke/News/-/1056/679070/-/uo51xi/-/</a> he reasoned politics should not be involved I agree with him as to what he does these days I have no Idea. So Kenyan political leaders thought they could o a better job on their own, one problem, they had to go to Nakuru and have the right ambiance for the spirit to flow. Give me a break, opportunity presents itself. A good example of same script different cast or is it same cast as well? <br />
Yash Pal Ghai - Constitution of Kenya Review commission the draft then was: Proposed Draft Constitution of Kenya<br />
Parliamentary Select Committee the Draft the draft now is: Harmonized Draft Constitution of Kenya<br />
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Frf5F8R2NUY/TEMCBn4Mb0I/AAAAAAAAAC0/C-DvzzuQml8/s1600/harmonized20draft_kenya_JZyYb_3868_310x235.jpg" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Frf5F8R2NUY/TEMCBn4Mb0I/AAAAAAAAAC0/C-DvzzuQml8/s320/harmonized20draft_kenya_JZyYb_3868_310x235.jpg" /></a>in 2005 the referendum took place on 21st November 2005 the symbol for the constitution as a banana. Those against it had an Orange. During campaigns for and against the constitution the ruling party NARC was divided into two factions. The Orange Democratic Movement was formed during this period as well comprising of members of parliament against the constitution then. The proposed constitution was voted down by a 58% majority. This is not about who voted when and how, or which leader is for r against it. It's our constitution this time around we have the resources to read and comprehend what is 'harmonized' making our own decision as per our understanding of the draft. Thus Jisomee, Jiamulie Jichagulie Katiba wewe mewnyewe. <a href="http://www.standardmedia.co.ke/InsidePage.php?id=2000010120&cid=4&">http://www.standardmedia.co.ke/InsidePage.php?id=2000010120&cid=4&</a> I will wake early and cast my vote...see you then.<br />

The only difference with real life is we have cars we can ride in, flashy clothes we can wear. It has become routine just like people report to work on a monday morning. Well the job at the office will be done by the end of the day, but ask someone what they were really working on and they will tell you.."..um something to do with reports or systems analysis. " They know what it was about, but can't pin-point what it is exactly. Ask someone what the pastor was preaching about, something to do with heaven, sins and stuff. The same story is on like a broken record playing on and on and on repeating the same track in a CD of about thirty tracks. So we move like zombies to church (which are strategically and conviniently located: near our homes at the centre of the town, up a hill so that we actually swarm in from all direction) day in day out doing the same old routine, until next Sunday when we will do it all again. Church really is the place to be.</div>MUNGAhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10673465991780531031noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3679044549233205292.post-70471677037649006622008-07-02T10:37:00.000+03:002023-08-21T22:47:16.036+03:00LOVE CONQURES ALL<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Frf5F8R2NUY/SGtDtB7qRyI/AAAAAAAAAA0/wBoMUB3BTpc/s1600-h/heart-main_Full.jpg"><img alt="" border="0" height="198" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5218339034130695970" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Frf5F8R2NUY/SGtDtB7qRyI/AAAAAAAAAA0/wBoMUB3BTpc/s320/heart-main_Full.jpg" style="cursor: hand; float: right; margin: 0px 0px 10px 10px;" width="320" /></a><br /><div>Boy meets girl, boy and girl become friends, boy and girl fall in love, boy and girl marry then they live happily ever after. Meet my cousin :-)" </div><div><br /></div><div>I have experienced different. Firstly, when you break up, "he's just a friend" becomes the new partner. By the time you leave the door you bump into them as they enter. It makes one feel like they would grab a pot plant and throw it at them. </div><div><br /></div><div>Well now you can with the '<b>new breakup zapper press once both are zapped unconscious' </b>wouldn't that be something. When finally the police catch up with him, he's arrested and brought infront of the judge. The lawyer to the 'murderer' pleads insanity and the man sent to a mentally insane institute. First you have the police going after doctors who allegedly have performed the 'vice' being imprisoned. </div><div><br /></div><div> However, the solution to the problem in my opinion is not to go after the doctor's, after all they are trying to get a sense of livelihood though through the wrong means. As such I would go for pro life and pro choice, let the '<strong><em>pregnant couple'</em></strong> decide what to do about their situation. This will only be possible if abortion is legalised in Kenya. </div>MUNGAhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10673465991780531031noreply@blogger.com3
